Bottom Line was founded in 1997 to improve our community by helping disadvantaged students get into college, graduate, and go far in life. By providing consistent one-on-one guidance and support from the beginning of the college application process until graduation, Bottom Line’s counselors offer students the support they need to earn a college degree. Since their founding, 98% of Bottom Line’s high school seniors have been accepted to college and 74% of their college students have graduated in six years or less, three times the graduation rate of similar students in Massachusetts. By basing their programs on one-on-one guidance and support, Bottom Line has made the dream of a college degree a reality for thousands of students. This year, Bottom Line will support nearly 1,400 students from the Boston and Worcester areas.
